Charge plans:
A. Success reward type
When the transfer of the patent in question (or including knowhow of its related manufacturing) and the final patent contract materialize, we will
ask for the fee as success reward according to the transfer amount or final patent contract amount.
We will not ask for the reward when the contract fails in principle.
* Depending upon the project, we may ask for the costs of activities with prior discussions.
B. Contract reward type
As for investigation and consulting of the infringement, value and marketability of the patent, we will ask for the reward by the contract
(quotation will be presented both in hourly amount and various expenses in advance).
